The control cable is a PVC insulated and PVC sheathed control cable suitable for use in industrial and mining enterprises, energy and transportation departments, and for control and protection circuits with AC rated voltages below 450/750 volts.
一、 Main performance
(1) Performance characteristics
1. DC resistance: 20℃, 0.4mm copper wire, less than or equal to 148Ω/km, 0.5mm copper wire, less than or equal to 95Ω/km.
2. Insulation electric strength: 1min 1kv no breakdown between conductors, 1min 3kv no breakdown between conductors and shielding
3. Insulation resistance: each core wire is grounded to the other cores, the control cable is greater than 10000MΩ.km, and the HYAT cable is greater than 3000MΩ.km.
4. Working capacitance: average value 52±2nF/km
5. Far-end crosstalk defense: The average power of the specified combination at 150kHZ is greater than 69dB/km.
(2) Performance difference
The control cable has the characteristics of moisture-proof, anti-corrosion and damage-proof, and can be laid in tunnels or cable trenches. Power cables are used in the main line of the power system to transmit and distribute high-power electrical energy. The control cable directly transmits electrical energy from the power distribution point of the power system to the power connection lines of various electrical equipment and appliances. The rated voltage of power cables is generally 0.6/1kV and above, and control cables are mainly 450/750V. When power cables and control cables of the same specification are produced, the thickness of the insulation and sheath of the power cables is thicker than that of the control cables.
1. Control cables are cables for electrical equipment, and power cables are two of the five categories of cables.
2. The standard for control cables is GB9330, and the standard for power cables is GB12706.
3. The color of the insulated core of the control cable is generally black and white, and the low voltage of the power cable is generally color-separated.
4. The cross section of the control cable generally does not exceed 10 square meters, and the power cable is mainly used for power transmission, and generally has a large cross section.
Due to the reasons mentioned above, the specifications of power cables can generally be larger, as large as 500 square meters (the range that can be produced by conventional manufacturers), and there are generally fewer manufacturers that can make larger cross-sections, while the cross-section of control cables is general. Smaller, the maximum generally does not exceed 10 square.
In terms of the number of cable cores, the power cable is generally 5 cores at most according to the requirements of the power grid, while the control cable is used to transmit control signals and has more cores. According to the standard, there are 61 cores, but it can also be produced according to user requirements .
二、 Material
The core of the control cable is a copper core, with a nominal cross-section of 2.5mm2 and below, 2 to 61 cores; 4 to 6 mm2, 2 to 14 cores; 10 mm2, 2 to 10 cores. The operating temperature of the control cable: 65°C for rubber insulation, and 70°C and 105°C for polyvinyl chloride insulation. The control cables used in computer systems generally use polyvinyl chloride, polyethylene, cross-linked polyethylene and fluoroplastic insulated products.
三、technical parameters
Rated voltage: U0/U is 450/750V.
The long-term working temperature of the conductor core is 70℃ and 90℃, and the cable laying temperature is not lower than 0℃.
The recommended allowable bending radius of the cable is as follows:
Non-armored cables should be no less than 6 times the outer diameter of the cable;
Armored or copper tape shielded cables should be no less than 12 times the outer diameter of the cable;
Shielded flexible cable, not less than 6 times the outer diameter of the cable.
Control cable refers to equipment and instrument power supply/signal control
